An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Derbyshire Workforce and Development Workstream for an Academy Lead. The post holder will have a key leadership role for the operational development and implementation of the Derbyshire Workforce and Development Academy.
Derbyshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is on a journey to develop a Workforce and Development Academy. This is an opportunity to build on the innovative work already happening across Derbyshire, bringing together a range of new and established professional faculties to form the academy. We have a 12-month secondment into the Derbyshire Workforce and Development Academy Lead which will be across the Derbyshire ICB.
