We have a number of fantastic coaches and mentors working who are willing to support colleagues at any level working within Joined up Care Derbyshire.  Access to the list of coaches and mentors is through a shared portal.  Visit the portal to access the list of available coaches/mentors. You will arrive at a landing page, and will have to complete a short registration if this is your first time accessing the system.  Once registered and logged in you will be able to see the lists of coaches and mentors working in the area.  You can then make contact directly with any of the listed colleagues to request support.
