Range of team roles being recruited to in South Hardwick
South Hardwick Primary Care Network (PCN) is recruiting to a range of roles to support the Team Up Derbyshire approach of supporting frail patients with care in their homes. Team Up Derbyshire is creating one team across health and social care in Derby and Derbyshire who see all the people in a neighbourhood who are currently unable to leave home without support.

Careers at Joined Up Care Derbyshire has partnered up with Community Chesterfield to enrich the learning experience of health and social care students by providing a range of meaningful work experience opportunities.
Two major health and care recruitment events in March
Following the success of our January 2023 health and care recruitment events, two more events are set to take place in March 2023 – come along and make your first steps into a new caring career. Joined Up Careers Derbyshire, a partnership of health and social care employers, is putting on the Future Talent, Future Heroes events to highlight a number of apprenticeship opportunities and other entry-level roles. The events will take place on Tuesday 14 March, 10am-2pm, at Chesterfield College and on Wednesday 15 March, 10am-2pm at Derby College Roundhouse.
Apprenticeship opportunities during national week
To mark National Apprenticeship Week, 6-12 February 2023, partner organisations within Joined Up Careers Derbyshire have arranged a number of great opportunities to find out more about health and social care apprenticeships.
